Have an insurance that we are out of network for?
Superbills are an offered method for reimbursement.
Families would pay Saplings Occupational Therapy, LLC directly at the time of service and would be provided a superbill (i.e. an invoice for services rendered).
The family would be responsible for submitting the superbill to their insurance company for reimbursement. It is recommended that families contact their insurance company ahead of time to determine coverage. All insurance companies are different and it is important to check your specific plan beforehand.
